We are currently on a research trip in Scotland, so here is a story that could not be better suited. Always love it when an off the wall surfboard comes around.

Went to the launch party at the new Falmouth store last night and it was fab! Thank you to James and Jake for a wonderful evening. The shop looks great! Cannot wait to wear my new purchase!! �

Watershed really brings out the best in surfing. Classic style, core roots, and most importantly fun! Quality products and quality people!

My favourite place in Newquay. Quality clothing, well laid out and clean shop. Probably the only shop you can go to, chat to the staff and receive a genuine conversation with them. Always friendly and full of smiles. Had a coffee upstairs and was fresh and quality .. bonus that the dog is allowed in too .. see you again soon �

Love this shop. We holiday down from Devon a few times a year and always without a shadow of a doubt stop into Watershed. Great staff and top, top quality stock. Awesome. Nice to see Dickies stuff here too, not a lot of places stock Dickies near us.

I just received the mustard coloured backpack and absolutely love it!

Great material and looks long lasting. I only ordered it the other day and was here within 3 days!

Had emails confirming when it would be arriving and also helps that you can track where the delivery is at the moment in time. Will be buying again ��

I came in to the shop a while ago, the guy there not only helped me shop, grabbed sizes that would be better for me and told me all about the brand but the prices were great too! And the little dog had an ass Kim kardash would beg for lovely shop, lovely people and would defo recommend it!

Great friendly service. It's been shopping around and it's been a bit intimidating trying to get a new wetsuit. But with the relaxed and professional service at W atershed I managed to get me a nice little ripcurl number! Thanks guys. X

I bought a pair of Rip curl rubber souls from the Water Shed Shop a few months back and experienced excellent delivery speed and service. I had an issue with one of the boots and got in touch with the guys at the Water Shed, and I have to say, I received some of the best customer service I have had in all my life. Not only did they replace my boot, they upgraded it too, not to mention the rapid turnaround! I'll be sure to shop here again.



Massive thanks to you guys- now my feet won't fall off in the North sea at the end of next month!

After asking ,what felt like every penny dealer in the u.k, these guys came up trumps and built me a custom penny,exactly as I wanted....and free stuff in the parcel too!

Absolutely great place amazing clothes and penny boards.i bought my penny board from watershed and I love it and went back for the second time and bought a jumper lovely place and people

Hi there - as much as I dislike using social media to complain - there seems to be no other way of getting a response - I ordered a Klean Kanteen water bottle 2 weeks ago (Sunday 15th Nov) and have still not yet received it.



I sent an email enquiring about this on Wednesday 25th this week - no reply and have been trying to phone the shop - no-one answers and the voicemail in-box is full.



8th Dec 2015 - Update - Have just received the Klean Kanteen water bottle (and extra gift). Had a good email from James to explain the situation and apologies for how this was handled. Many thanks for your help.

This is frustrating as the bottle was bought as a gift which I needed to have had last weekend.



Furthermore, I haven't been contacted to be told this is out of stock or is going to be dispatched later than the 3--5 days as in the email confirmation.



For what looks like a very good quality store - there doesn't seem to be great relationship management where online customers are concerned which is a shame.

I made an order on the website at the beginning of september, the money came straight out of my bank but it still hasn't arrived. I have phoned the store over 100 times and emailed so many times but no one has ever answered, and their voicemail is 'full' so I'm unable to leave a message. I want to know what has happened to my order and I want a full refund!!
