Waterside Holiday Park & Spa

The first thing I noticed was how clean the whole camp was, the gym was excellent just what the doctor ordered. Sadly didn't see any of the night life due to the dog but definitely didn't spoil our time here 10 out of 10.

The most amazing staff members I have ever encountered. Staggeringly professional and customer care like I have never experienced from any other company. Major international companies included. I thank them from my heart.

Third time and still the best.
So much entertainment for adults and kids. Pavilion is for the kids up to around 7pm the adult fun. Sports bar as 8+ televisions and a kiss play area and is right next to the pool as well.

Wonderful place to bring a family, young or old. Plenty to do in the resort and with only a 10 minute bus ride into town, its easy to get about. The entertainment is good, the staff are attentive and polite. The site is well maintained and kept spotlessly clean. Being close the the shore the views are stunning, plenty of places/routes to walk or jog.

Caravan was much smaller than it looked in the pictures on website but it was still very comfy. Found it difficult to operate the heater at first but the staff very helpful and kimdly assisted. We didn't have light in the second bedroom but again this was sorted as soon as we reported it. Spa facilities, pool and bars were lovely. Loved the location being near the sea. It was nice to be able to go for a walk along the seaside n have fish and chips and ice cream. We were also able to order Chinese take away and go pick it up from reception.

Some other the entertainment grest but worst of all the judge mental people is a discrace and for the evening I've had this evening has very much upset me in many ways and one staff from the bar in the venue that was judge mental with the other two that were judge mental two me this evening is a and she didn't make it a secret ither iwill be makeing a complaint as ifind this very upsetting indeed and never had this any were else I've been befor so I cannot rate water side at this time my holdiay had been ruined this is not the first time but the second once lastnight now this evening never again and the poor mattresses twould I've had the worst stay ever

Great facilities, nice caravans, but ultimately feels a little like a prison camp. Vans are crammed together, and unless you choose one with a veranda, you are guaranteed a view solely of another caravan. Food was ok but rather pricey.

Best holiday park ever!
Everything is close together and easy to get to. There is so much to do. The swimming pools are amazing. So much for kids to do but also ideal for adults. They even put films on for the kids whilst you play bingo! The children's entertainers and hosts are so funny, happy and upbeat and boomer was so patient and had quality time for our kids. The food was delicious and alot of choice. Little amusements all over the park. There wasn't a moment or place to be bored. Plus the fact that there is a spa on site was a bonus. The caravan was clean and spacious. I can't fault a single thing!! Best holiday ever. Thank you waterside :) :)

Had a lovely holiday here. Great accommodation with very friendly staff in a great location right by the beach.
