Really nice quality Chinese buffet, everything was cooked fresh and tasted amazing. Great value for money! I would highly recommend coming here if you are in Bristol.

Portion sizes and tastes are incomparison to other Chinese restaurants, I have come out of town to Watersky and i can honestly say they are the best. Service is great, i would definitely recommend.

Never disappointed. Fantastic, authentic Chinese food, in a great environment. The staff are always top notch. Cannot speak highly enough of this restaurant

Genuine mainland Chinese food...as good as it gets in this part of the U.K., absolutely packed for dimsum on Sunday's so book ahead....helpfully has a brilliant Chinese supermarket downstairs and a big free carpark

Food was lovely and waiting staff very quick and helpful

Food was excellent however the place could do with a good clean, table clothes wripped drinks looked flat, would have been nice to have had hot clothes to wipe hands after eating, some of the waiters couldn't speak English which was a bit awkward drinks nearly came to the same amount as the food and only had two drinks each

Fantastic dim sum, fast service with friendly staff. I recommend everyone to go there

Bristol's best Chinese in the most out of the way location. You have to really want a good Chinese to go there. I did. It was lovely.

We often go to Watersky as the food is amazing & the restaurant decor is great! Unfortunately we were made to feel a little unwelcome on our last visit. We were with our children who also love Watersky & my daughter chose to eat there for her 5th birthday. It just felt like older lady at the restaurant was trying to get rid of us! Which was a shame. We will go back but a better customer service would have been appreciated.

Our 1st time visiting, shame we were not explained how the process with ordering happened Food was good value for money, beer and wine a bit expensive. Service was good too.

Great food,plenty too choose from all fresh.Premises could do with a makeover.

A group of us went here last night, the food was really nice especially the starters, the mains were good but could be a little more on the dishes, but other wise all good.

My only criticism is that it was quite cold with the aircon coming on, but we had a good evening and the pricing was really fair.

the restaurant very cozy,food are excellent but the service are really poor! waiter or waitress is such in a hurry,seem dont like u to ask anything, we dont have knife and fork and sauce and his bit grumpy when we ask for it.putting food in a table is a rushed to no organized.

We used to go frequently, but now find the service deteriorating as staff cannot speak good English and some cannot speak Chinese. The quality of food has also slipped to take away standard and not classy restaurant style, also many dishes were very oily. Restaurant is looking old and shabby which spoils the effect of going out to a quality Chinese Rest. Also all the fittings in the bathrooms are in a very poor state and not super clean. This makes one wonder about the hygiene in the kitchen. We will not rush back as it appears to get worse each visit

Wasn't the best value we all thought it was rather expensive for the size of the food that arrived and the dishes got smaller as the evening went on . We also waited 35 minutes after our first course.

The food is hot tasty and fresh and the service is ok.

It's a smart looking restaurant.

Our bill was £165 for 7 with only one drinking 2 alcoholic drinks. Which was too expensive for what we ate we all thought.

Take away quality food with restaurant service.

The food was good but nothing extra than what I had in a take away, if not less. Except some came in nice quirky dishes. Had the all you can eat menu but the food choice was a bit poor for a buffet menu. And no pudding in the menu at all, which is disappointing considering is more expensive then other buffet restaurants.

Staff where ok, nice to see most were Chinese .

The restaurant is beautiful and very grand but feels like it needs a revamp and a good clean ( very dusty Curtains and filthy carpets).

Maybe will return but definitely wouldn't rush..

Not enough gluten free options 2 only being deep fried seaweed and roast duck. Need to do better

It was ok food was lovely must say... but the table cloth where we were seated was disgraceful all ripped with holes can't believe they even seated us at this table god knows how old it was.. toilets were Terrible tissue everywhere I told member of staff and she just mumbled. The whole place could do with a months worth of cleaning the carpet is disgusting.

Good food, strange service concept - you can only order drinks from 1 person and food from another.

Servers not friendly at all.

Food was lovely 5* if we could eat it while hot atmosphere not so felt rushed hadn’t even sat down before they tried take order didn’t get given the all you can eat menu had to ask and was told to order more at once due to them being busy which meant the starters were getting cold while we were still eating our soup. And it was Chinese New Year that actual day but you wouldn’t know so I understand they were celebrating the next day but would have thought something would have been done being it was the actual day!

Found a hair in prawn toast , complained and they said it wasn't theirs as it was blonde no fresh toasts offered. Will not be going back .

Food is ok - dim sum is pretty authentic, but the whole place is filthy dirty. Table cloths are gold material and are falling to pieces. Not really wipe clean and so not hygienic. Carpet is gross. It's a shame as this place could be so much better.

Staffs can not even Communicate , and some are on slip flips while serving food �

Service was very rushed. Staff where rude couldn't speak any English. The resturant looked tacky and outdated. Food was tasteless and cold . Tasted like it had been cooked 3 days ago . Dishes really small and exstreamly over priced!! Deffiantly not coming here again or recomending to anyone!!!!!

Me an friend went there last night. Most of the food was not very nice. However the chicken satay, crispy duck an sweet an sour was nice an the service was on point.

I’ve never in all my life received such appalling customer service. The management are rude and insulting! Don’t go there unless you fancy a slap in the face. No one told us a dish was out of stock and expected us to pay for it anyway then caused a scene because we asked if maybe we could get our drinks free. She agreed to take off one drink from the bill. She did not. We paid for a dish that we never received.

Food was very poor tonight chicken was very over cooked and I will not be going back.

Shame as was going to have Christmas Day lunch there but not now. Have booked somewhere else.

Chicken wasn't cooked !!!! asked for it to be cook more but still bloody asked for roasted chicken got steamed, not an enjoyable experience �

Can't say anything was good about the whole night spent there.over priced and taste less food served badly. Wont be returning.
