Non Pratt grew up in Teesside and now lives in London. Her debut novel, Trouble, was shortlisted for the YA Book Prize, the Branford Boase, and was longlisted for the Carnegie. Co-authors of the hilariously funny novels Lobsters and Never Evers, Tom Ellen and Lucy Ivison met in the sixth form and have been friends ever since. Lucy works as a school librarian, as well as teaching in girls’ schools across London specialising in building confidence and creativity. Tom is a journalist and has written for ShortList, Time Out, Vice, talkSPORT, ESPN and Viz. Their new YA novel, Freshers, will be published in August 2017.
Holly Bourne is an author and a journalist. The first book in the Spinster Club series, Am I Normal Yet?, was chosen as a World Book Night book for 2016 and was shortlisted for the YA Book Prize. The Spinster Club series has also inspired the formation of Spinster Clubs across the UK and Ireland. Before becoming a full-time author, Holly was editor of TheSite.org - a charity-run advice and information website for young people.

Beetle loving MG Leonard is the author of the bestselling Beetle Boy, which was shortlisted for this year’s Waterstones Children’s Book Prize. Beetle Queen, the sequel, is out now.
Lara Williamson is the author of three bestselling novels for children. Lara’s debut, A Boy Called Hope, was shortlisted for the Waterstones Children’s Book Prize and her second novel, The Boy Who Sailed the Ocean in an Armchair, was nominated for the Blue Peter Book Award. Her third novel, Just Call Me Spaghetti-Hoop Boy is out now.
