Service is Feb and friendly. Love that I can take my pooch in with me and have a coffee after taking her walkies. Wish more places were dog friendly. Nice and relaxed here.

Really lovely to find a place to have a decent cup of coffee who welcome dogs! Very accommodating to my little pug Hank! Thank you Waterstones I think he'll want to come again soon!

I was out walking with my grandson and dog and fancied a coffee - Waterstones allowed dogs into the cafe which is brilliant as although I could sit outside and have refreshments at other cafes , I cannot go in to buy the refreshment. The staff were lovely and welcoming and they had free doggy biscuits. I will definitely be going there again and again. Coffee was good too!

Great coffee which us also great value for money too. Love I can go in with my dog but he was very sad yesterday as they'd run out of doggie biscuits.

Another great coffee with the dogs at Waterstones. The staff are fantastic. My favorite place to have a coffee and relax in Newbury. Well done.

Nice store with a good sized (and reasonably priced) coffee shop at the front. Service was a little slow, but friendly enough. Would visit again.

They would have got more stars for the service , food and drinks but it was absolutely freezing in there ..
