Great selection of slides and pools for kids and adults. We went on a weekend and it was reasonably busy but the wait for the slides was reasonable. Changing rooms were a little dated but were kept very clean and plenty of lockers - albeit a lot not having keys I was able to find one. The parking is good however having to pay for parking when you are paying so much for the tickets to the venue seems a little overpriced! My wife and I and my 12 year old god daughter had a great time there and would happily go back again.

Parking reap off! Avoid this place! We visited the place in June 2017. Paid our parking close to £5 and displayed the ticket on the windscreen on top of the dash as normal. Joined the queue to get in and paid our entrance fee, 4 of us. Inside, we were told my daughter who was 7 years at the time wasn’t allowed on her own at some of the rides, so I had to leave the park and drive to town to get a pair of shorts because their tiny shop the size of a car boot had no adult sizes. Drove back in, my ticket was still valid till just before 5pm. We spent over £100 on the day, getting in, food and drinks and parking. Several weeks later I received a letter from the bailiffs demanding payment £160 payment for parking. I contacted, them, spoke to a bloke called Tim, explained and tried to understand what happened. He said he was going to find out from them and get back to me, no response for 2 days until I wrote a message on their Facebook page, he was having none of it. To cut the long story short, I’m not paying them another penny more, I still receive bailiff letters demanding £160, what kind of business does that to customers? Guess what Waterworld, roll them robbing letters up your bottom holes, don’t send them to me, you aren’t getting a penny more! AVOID this place.
Ooh, by the way, we had food poisoning too! It was very difficult on the long way home

A good time out but the changing rooms really need updating. There weren't enough large lockers and the ones that were available didn't work properly. The drinks machines hadn't been updated to accept the new £1 so instead just took our money and we had to get it back from reception. The showers were a waste of time, with some not working at all and others not staying on for long enough.

The staff were all lovely and so helpful. The pool was great and there was a good range of slides with lots of variety for all the family.

Car parking charges were odd with an hour free but then you have to pay for 7 hours.

3 stars due to outdated facilities. Lots of fun but owners need to consider investing in toilets and larger lockers. On arrival we were met by the sight of a group of kids stealing a moment to grab a quick cigarette, whilst still in their swimmers, shivering and partially towelled. In reception we witnessed two young lads being escorted from the premises by two police officers. Not the best start or advert for Stoke!

The mixed 😏changing rooms were a logistical nightmare in small and cramped cubicles and suitable sized lockers were in short supply leading to lengthy delays to change with three boys under 9 in tow!

The pool, slides and space was excellent, with the choice of activities very inclusive for all ages.

Gents toilets needed more attention but staff were very friendly and attentive. Please advise those attending high slides not to perch on railings. It's a long way down!

Had a great time and will return!

Genuinely impressed in every way by this attraction!

I'm usually the archetypal "grumpy dad" that bemoans the cost and lack of facilities or how long it takes to queue for this and that.

Not the case here, the changing rooms were (though not immaculate) cleaner than any similar facilities I've ever used and were kept clean by the staff with seemingly constant cleaning throughout the day.

The attractions themselves were well managed with crowds flowing easily and despite visiting in a peak time we were able to get onto all the rides without spending all day in queues. There was a good range of attractions for all in our party, plenty to keep us entertained all day. The "space bowl" and "nebula" especially are pretty unique rides and I doubt there are many if any similar attractions in the UK. There are around nine water slides in total that would impress individually but in one attraction make for a brilliant day.

All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, helpful and seemed to have a genuine enthusiasm rare in the leisure industry.

We took advantage of the cashless payment system with a pre-charged wrist band. I was very impressed with the poolside cafe which handled the mid-day rush with ease and served us decent fast food, at surprisingly good value with a minimal wait.

The only very small gripe which I do have is with the £3.50 parking charge which is on top of the entrance fee and is not made clear on the website.

We had quite a drive to get there but will definitely be visiting again.

A brilliant indoor water park. We went on good Friday so it was very busy. My kids aged 9 and 13 enjoyed the slides.

Great place to visit. Lots of slides and other water related fun in an indoor pool setting. Can get quite busy (at which time they limit the number of people and how long you stay for).
There is a cafe inside too for people who are watching or swimming (as well as a Subway near the entrance).

Good fun day out. It was a busy day but it didn't feel like the queues were too long. It was a little cold in places, especially for toddlers, but I'm sure it would be perfect on a summer's day. Parking is£3. Lockers are free and people were waiting for lockers to be vacated as we left. I would recommend it for a few hours fun.

Great time, once again! Got there early, used fast track service and managed to use most of the slides straight away, before it got crowded. The waiting time isn't that bad even when it is busy! Car park £3, lockers are now free. Love the place, especially as you can have a Subway (inside building) after your fun!
