Watford Station

Disgraceful food, waitresses were rude. After 50 minutes our food arrived, burnt and poorly presented. Never going here again

One of silent metropolitan line station... Almost every 15 - 20 minutes gap trains are available from this station. One of the well cleaned and maintained station

Great staff that really helped us out.

Always clean. Never too busy or packed and usually always a train waiting as it's the 1st station on this part of the met line

Station feels clean and safe but there is no automated information about train departure times.

There is always saff on site, most off the time they are in the old ticket office.
The trains run on time.
But there is no information on what platforms it may be leaving.

It's Decent.

Meh. Hardly ever see any staff and it's a complete lottery as to what train will leave first as the indicators NEVER tell you and nor do they ever make any announcement. It's just not on, said you miss a train, then it's 10 minutes for the next one. Pathetic TFL!
