What a brilliant service we get from these guys! Fast dependable broadband and great backup service. Can't recommend them highly enough!

We have had this service at our house in Pleasington nr Blackburn for some time and now in four new rental properties in Rimington House (formally Black Bull) , Rimington nr Clitheroe. Excellent service and does exactly what it says on the tin.

We are in a rural location on the Bolton and Bury border. Our internet has always been a complete nightmare with just over 1 meg connection speed so we have had very unreliable connections.

Having been messed about by BT, EE and a private company claiming to be able to install a Satellite based system that didn't work we came across Wave Internet.

From the moment we phoned to installation I honestly can't fault them!

The installation team are neat and very thorough, spending time to ensure everything worked properly. We now enjoy 20 meg and have even more on offer should we need it. The receiver is very small (Grapefruit size) so not obtrusive. I was so happy to recommend them and 2 other neighbours have taken on the same system.

Wave Internet are a great company to work with. They have brought high speed Internet to a part of the country abandoned by the mainstream providers. Lovely people to deal with; very pleasant, efficient and professional and amazing to have very fast interest speeds for the first time, having suffered with BT for years and getting to the point where our internet connection was intermittent and extremely slow. All the work carried out in a couple of hours Would highly recommend.

If you are in an area that suffers with poor broadband, then this is certainly the way to go. It has made a massive difference to our lives having high speed internet. Ideal for everyday use as well as working from home. We finally feel like we have joined this technological century. Gone from speeds of 2mbps to 22mbps! Streaming 4k TV without problems! The company are a pleasure to deal with and if you're living in a rural area and get can Wave Internet I would definately recommend it!

Finally a company that delivers! Having had a nightmare with BT who are the only provider of telephone lines/broadband to my area (other companies rent the lines from them) I made the decision to move to Wave. Not only have I received outstanding customer service, I also have fast, reliable wifi. It supports the gadgets of a family of 4. No buffer screens or slow uploads/downloads etc. I cannot recommend this company enough. It took two days from initial enquiry to installation, something BT failed to take two years to provide to me. Thank you team Wave.

Great service from start through the installation of the equipment in this area, then to our install!! 30 mb with 6 mb upload compared to about 1.8 and 0.3 before to put things in perspective, 20 times faster and efficient, a great boost to our business and our lives after years of appalling service from Openreach and quotes for thousands simply to install a new line. No help from government agencies who simply don't care.
