Friendly & helpfull staff. Rooms and Public areas very cleaning. Beautiful breakfast. Unlimited teas and coffees. The staff have time for residents. Good and safe place for children.

Hotel, camping site, moorings for Broads boats, bar and restaurant. Petrol, diesel and pump out for boats. Toilets showers and swimming pool. Lodges and various self catering accommodation available. Excellent holiday location.

If you want to get away from it all but have all the facilities you will ever need, this is the place for you. Swimming pool, restaurant, laundry, shop, nature, views to die for and the lodges are superb. Can't wait to come again SOON! Fabulous!

The site was excellent. We had a Kingfisher pitch which is at the top of the site with views overlooking the marina. The facilities were very good with the showers/WCs kept very clean and tidy. The bar had an outside terrace with nice views over the broad and prices were very reasonable as was the on-site shop.

The only downside was the 4 mile narrow country road to get there!

Great camp site. Not big, but clean, quiet and with great facilities free indoor swimming pool, decent pub and restaurant, on site shop, kayak hire, kids' playground... Very friendly staff, great place throughout. The only downside is that it's on the wrong side of the river: you need to get ferry to get to all the footpaths on Broads. Beach is really close by, but to get there you need to drive for 30min.

Stopped here while on a cycling event, had a very nice coffee and used the bathroom facilities which are good.

Stayed in waterside lodge. Awesome lodge awesome hot tub. Sites great pubs good. Recommended

Walking across Calton marshes to the crossing where you phone for the ferry. We then went and had a great lunch. Food prices were reasonable and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay in the pod. Great location and service
