As you are all aware the strong winds have been causing a few power issues. Back up batteries only last so long. Please be patient as we have customers all over with the same issue. Scanning you fob or entering your code will silence most things. We can do NOTHING about a power cut i'm afraid.

We would like to take this time to wish all our customers, old and new, and Merry Christmas and a Happy new year! The office will be closed from mid day on the 22nd December and will reopen on the 2nd of January. Any emails sent will be dealt with on our return. Our engineers will still be available 24/7 during the festive period to deal with any issues or problem. Just call the office number on 01986 895588 and our out of hours company will be happy to help. This service is for customer to have a maintenance contract with ourselves. Well isn't this weather stunning! We have had a few storms over the area, so if you have had a power cut your alarm may need resetting. You will need your code or fob to do this, if you are ringing for help you will need to be by the keypad. You will find out how to reset your keypad by looking in your user manual, If you don't have that to hand, search the make and model on google and have a look. :)
