We are a small, new organisation based in the Lancaster area.

Our aim is to provide fun, productive and good quality swimming lessons for all ages, abilities and confidence levels. We work on a 1: 1 basis, ensuring you get the individual attention you deserve to get the best out of your lessons. Your teacher will be in the water for all lessons, helping you build confidence in the water and within yourself.

I am a qualified lifeguard and swimming teacher, and have worked with children in numerous environments, with children with varying abilities.

I have worked as a lifeguard for a number of years and soon realised that Swimming Teaching was a field that I would love to move into.
I have recently been working as a Respite Carer with children with varying special needs and have used my skills as a qualified swimming teacher, within this role.

I decided to set up WAVES to accommodate children that would benefit from specialist individually tailored lessons, rather than larger groups of children.

Within WAVES I am devoted to inspiring water confidence in all the children I work with through constant positive reinforcement.

Each half hour lesson is £14, and as we use public sessions we ask parents to pay the entry for their child’s swim.
