Thought I'd share the story of our lovely new cast iron handles.. fitted here to an Oak Charcuterie Board. These are custom made by a guy called Neeraj, who runs a small foundry in India. Although it's a long journey it's as close as I can get to Fair Trade by only dealing directly with him.
