We love coming to Spoons, we come 2 or 3 times a week. Nice atmosphere, nice and warm, toilets spotless, food good and drinks prices are more than reasonable, very happy

Great family meals in here. Toilets are so posh and always spotless. I was very impressed when another customer who was swearing loudly within earshot of our children was tackled by the bar staff. All staff I have met are excellent. The only down side is that it is very poorly lit and is desperate for decent lighting.

Great atmosphere nice place and good priced quality drink the relay ales are fine keep up the good work Wetherspoons

Visited with my dad yesterday for our tea. The back eating area was reserved for a party so we had to seat in main pub. The only table available was filthy, food & drink stains all over the table although I have to say when I requested for it to be cleaned it was done straight away. This was the only negative.

The food was excellent, good portion size & cooked to perfection. The waitress was very pleasant & promptly removed the plates when we were finished. Dad said his bitter was "a good pint" & he was made up with the price £1.99. We will definitely eat in here again.

It was a busy because of the rugby game and there were no burgers left when we went to order. Our second choice of food arrived really quickly and was piping hot with plenty of it. Nice atmosphere too. Will come again.

I come in every weekend for a breakfast very nice food and the lasagna is lush

Always friendly and cheap enough for food and ale

Always enjoy going into Weatherspoons, great value for money on food and drinks, one slight criticism I sometimes they seem to be understaffed and you can get caught in a queue at the bar. The bar staff do do a really good job though.

food is ok, could do with a bit of a spruce up and a little attention to detail when cleaning

Went Friday night very busy couldn’t get a table at first but a young lady give us hers thanx u lovely lady , asked one of the staff who was clearing table next tous to clean ours as was very sticky the face she pulled was unbelievable u think I asked her to pay for r bill she did half of it wasn’t impressed. If she’s there wen we go in again I will report her , ordered food and wine bar lady was very helpful on choosing a bottle of wine for me thanx u , food come very quickly was delicious will come again .

It was ok but when the meals came out they was missing things off and when we ask about it they said they never had the things that was missing but nothing was said when we ordered x

Watriss was awful an moody an huffed an puffed when we tried helping give her the plates an sauces, bar staff where amazing...

If all staff didn't have a face likes slap arse and clearly don't want to be here

don't really gives two hoots about customer service

What a shocker is

Chicken and ribs took under 14 minutes to be ready ( since fresh chicken breast takes around 10-12 minutes to cook and when you add resting time say about. 17-18 minutes so all ready meals then like Iceland but 4times the price)

But tuna melt took 25 minutes � ( which wasn't a panini but a toasted ciabatta, so false advertisement under the trade discretion act)

Chefs not in correct uniform ( sorry not chefs

I've been in there a few times they've never cleaned the tables once while I've ordered food I'm usually in there from 12-4 meeting up with family for a meal on a rare occasion. My baby knocked a glass on the floor as there's not much room she could've hurt herself!!

This pub is absolutely vile !! Gone down a lot in my books , full of flys , dirty tables , no ice stinks of grease ���

The waitress was great and tried to help! The kitchen staff however were not. I ordered a New York deli burger which I had the week before in looking glass and loved. When it came there was no gherkins and mustard mayonnaise looked like it had been put on bun and scraped back off! I sent it back only to be told they had no gherkins ehich should have told us at point of order and was told that was correct amount of mayo and wasn't getting any more! Sadly food was no where near as good as at the looking glass! My friends burger was burnt. This was a treat for my birthday! There was 11 of us and none of us will go back!

The payment went through on my card they said didn't have it on their system even tho my bank showed it gone had pay again in cash then wait to pro t off statement. And the manager was not even arsed or helpful

So we get to the place (myself boyfriend friend and 5 year old) the only suitable table was dirty I went to the bar and asked for a cloth where I got looked at like an alien, i then got told someone would be over ..... nobody came then I asked a different member off staff who "cleaned" the table by covering the 4 of us with the shit on the table...... when the food came the 5 year old got passed a pizza cutter (I'm sorry but has nobody in here heard of health and safety) the cutter it's self was extremely dirty so I went to the duty manager who looked shocked and angry that we would require clean cutlery (how dare we right) when I told the duty manager about the whole pizza cutter situation honestly her disconcern was concerning -_- my burger tastes off and smells off and I feel physically sick. there is no point in me even bringing this up with the duty manager because she obviously doesn't give a shit on the bright side the 5 year old liked the pizza ☆won't let me leave a review☆

Ordered and paid for my meal only then told they had no steak and wanted to replace it with chicken. It’s not the first time.
