We are closed until the 27th August when we re open at 10.30 have a wonderfull bank holiday everyone

We have been in spon street 32 years on the 16th of August we are the only wedding dress retailer in the city centre

Susan, Thank you so much for helping me choose the perfect wedding dress! After first meeting you at a wedding fair, never having even tried a wedding dress on & my wedding day less than 6 months away, I’d almost written off wearing a wedding gown, but you convinced me you knew the style of dress that would suit me! I came to your beautiful shop and you weren’t wrong, you found me a dress that made me feel like a bride! I absolutely love looking back at the pictures of my beautiful wedding day & will never forget the look on my grooms face when I walked down the isle! Thanks again you really are amazing xxx

So this is the second time I’ve had the chance to visit Susan and her shop and it was just as wonderful as the first time. I’m the MOH at my best friends wedding, and not only that, I was being trusted with choosing said friends wedding dress. Susan was so accommodating the first time with us demolishing bottles of prosecco and making the entire process just so effortless and the exact same could be said for our visit today. We found not only THE DRESS for my lovely friend but her head piece and shoes also. And we also found my dress for the wedding which I feel like the girliest girl in all the world in and it is THE DRESS for me.



I cannot stress enough that going to see Susan and meeting her and seeing the amazing collection she has, will be one of the best outings of your life and you will always find what you are looking for. I cannot wait to go and find my own wedding dress one day! Xx

Never thought in a million years how difficult it is to choose a wedding dress. I've heard Susan name mentioned a lot of times whilst talking to friends and friends of friends I decided to pay this lady a visit feeling very nervous as I'm not sure at the time what I really wanted. However I went in and from the moment this lady opened the door I felt comfortable straight away very helpful in fact she had an appointment with another lady whom she thought was me she thought I was 40 min early. Susan could not do enough for me made me feel very comfortable and at ease asked me so many questions and then out she came with this stunning dress. I have been in contact now for a while and thank you Susan for all your help and support I'm getting married in less than 10 weeks now and I have the dress of my dreams. Wonderful woman.

My mother had a dress recently from Susan and she couldn’t have been more thrilled! Quality dresses and super customer service from Susan. Made mum feel the centre of attention every time we had a consultation nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend paying her a visit A1 service with a smile x

My dress was perfect only 2nd dress I tried on and knew exactly what I wanted was perfect!!

I went to see Susan about a year ago to pick up boxes for moving house, she left me her card and Christmas Day I got engaged. Susan was the first person I thought of to visit for my dress and her boutique was where I tried on ONE dress and found THE dress!!!

Champagne on arrival, and an honest and friendly atmosphere. I was made to feel at ease and right at home.

I went with a vague idea of what I wanted and ended up walking away with something I didn’t expect but made me feel pretty! Susan picked out a dress for me and she knew exactly what style and fit and colour of dress would suit my colouring. Susan and her assistant assisted to every detail including the veil, shoes and tiara.She then went on to give me ideas for my bridesmaid dresses, showing me colours and styles.

A wonderful woman and boutique and I can’t wait to get my alterations done for the big day!!! :))))

I thought Susan's service was fantastic, she knows exactly what will suit you and what doesn't and I really appreciated that about her. From first try on to finally taking it away the service was great - you end up feeling like she's a 2nd mother! Just fantastic, would highly recommend. Xx

I had my wedding dress from Sue just over 10 years ago. I absolutely loved the dress, shoes and fur wrap.



The service that I had from Sue was fantastic. She let me try a few dresses on that I liked and then magicked the dress I ended up with from nowhere! I wouldn’t have selected it from the rail but she had sussed me out in terms of what would suit me. She has a perfect eye and I would trust her judgement about what would suit.



We also had lots of laughs through the process I would definitely recommend.

I had already ordered some bridesmaid dresses from a different company before finding out the company had gone into financial difficulty. Luckily for me Susan took the order on and sorted it all for me! Wish I’d of gone to Susan in the first place with all her years experience and knowledge she managed to sort the mess I was left in from the previous company. Can’t thank her enough. She knows her stuff and will help in anyway she can. Thanks so much xx

After getting my wedding dress from Susan 15 years ago I knew where to go for my daughters prom dress. From the first moment we walked into the dressing room my daughter was thrilled with the experience. On prom night my daughter had a dress that fitted perfectly and was unique to her. Many thanks, I will be back with my younger daughter when prom comes around for her xxx

Absolutely loved how personal Susan made the experience. So honest and kind and down to earth, she made it so easy to find the perfect dress. With champagne for myself and my bridesmaids she really takes pride in knowing the bride and finding the dream dress! Couldnt be happier! �

Disgusting how my mother was treated paid deposit and a bit extra for wedding dress never got it then unfortunately my mother passed away and we spoke to her about selling the dress on her having the excess and us having the deposit we paid back and she blocked us for months on end and now unblocked us and messages us says she's taking us to court ect for not paying for the dress... the contract is under a dead woman's name so good luck all we wanted was the deposit money back!
