Our Directors and senior personnel are closely involved with all stages of our developments and can often be seen working on site. We are more than happy to arrange update viewings on all developments under construction and, dependant on build stage, able to offer personalised finishes and specifications. All completed homes are individually inspected by our senior personnel and Directors prior to handover to ensure that our exacting company standards have been met for our discerning purchasers. Wedgewood Homes are NHBC registered builders and all of our new homes come complete with a 10 year NHBC warranty.
