Leaking pipe work in DY8 today on a commercial heating system, system needed to be drained immediately and a new section of pipe work installed complete with new fittings. Up and at it early today in B1 to carry out some essential maintenance work on a commercial Andrews water heater, water needed to be isolated and a new expansion tank and pressure relief valve installed before the Students arrived and needed to use the hot water. Whilst there we also carried out a full strip and clean service to a Remeha Quinta Pro 15 with service Kit B used to ensure correct seals and electrodes replaced. Baxi 624 installed in DY5 today complete with a 7 year warranty registered by us on the Baxi Works App. Pipework was a bit challenging as existing was run behind boiler and with a laminate floor above in bathroom we were unable to access from above. Onto the next one, remove an old Honeywell controller with wireless room thermostat with intermittent connection problems and install an EPH combi pack 4 wireless programmable room thermostat in its place.👍

Last job of the day replacement fan, electrodes and auto air vent on a Worcester Greenstar 37 CDI Classic in TA6. Boiler maximum and minimum settings redone as per manufacturers instructions.

Next job in TA6 replacement of an Auto Air Vent on a Worcester Greenstar 30 S i drain boiler, replace existing one and fill and test.

TA6 today for three maintenance jobs and one CP12. The maintenance jobs are follow on work from recommendations we made on CP12’s carried out in July. First off a CP12 and service to a Worcester Grecnstar 30 Si combination boiler to manufactures instructions.

Old Ferroli out in B63 and a Worcester 38 CDI Classic installed complete with Greenstar Filter and Worcester Wave installed giving our customer internet control over heating and hot water preheat.

Old Glowworm removed in DY8 yesterday with a Baxi 630 installed, fantastic boiler complete with a 7 year warranty, registration with Baxi and Gas Safe was done on site with the Baxi works app. Thanks to Plumbase Stourbridge for supplying and delivering at short notice.

DY9 this morning to remove a wash basin and install a new Twyford two tap hole basin with work top cut to suit. New Bristan Clio taps installed with pipe work and waste altered to suit.

Back in B63 today for a Gas Safety Check carried out on a commercial property. Two MHS Regency Slimline boilers stripped down, serviced and fully tested. Gas pipe work was also checked with installation volume calculated and tightness test carried out to ensure there were no gas leaks. Onto DY5 for the removal of a gas fire which we found isolated on a CP12. Fire removed with gas supply capped and a Dimplex Cherrington electric fire installed complete with remote control.
