Excellent staff and service

Please take a note of your couriers ... APC delivered - we were out of course being a work day . They are absolutely virtually impossible to get hold of to arrange a new delivery . I tried 76 times to phone them and finally at precisely 6 pm I was told they were closed !!!!! The web site says they're open 24 hours . .
Finally, getting to there depot it was obvious they were massively overworked. Noboby around and an hgv lorry wide open at its side with undelivered parcels strewn all over .
I've used you many times and hats off to your company but please take note of this poor service

Good selection of whiskies with staff who are happy to offer advice and suggestions for a range of tastes and price points

One of if not the best customer experience's in the area. An awesome collection whiskey's. Even out of hours I and many passers by stop and look in. It's great.

Excellent tiny shop full of whiskey, gin and other spirits. Good prices, knowledge staff and you can try most before you buy!

The gentleman I spoke to was somewhat condescending I felt I was being talked "down" to I probably won't be visiting this establishment again.

Awesome! Amazing selection of whisky, and some really nice Gin. The proprietor knows his stuff and can tell you all you need to know about all the stock.

Great people, very knowledgeable on all things whisky. If you need help in finding an expression then ask! Fantastic regular tasting sessions and festival. Recommended to all!
