From Jess - I’m cringing seeing myself on here - far happier behind the camera! But hey hoh Wellbeing Yoga got on to Britain’s Got More Talent last night and if you don’t watch it it’s a comedy sketch - a send up of an old contestant as a roving reporter - so yes i was asked to correct him - and yes it was scripted and that was his yoga pose not a taught one - lol! All very funny though thanks BGMT for visiting us here in sunny Essex 😀👍🤪🤪

Studies now show that people who spend the most time on social media have higher rates of anxiety & depression. Can you cut down your time down - just switch off for a while? At least if you are on it something really positive to do is unfollow anyone / anything that doesn’t support you - if you look at an image and go into comparisons in your mind ie it doesn’t make you feel positive it makes you feel “less than” instead of good about yourself then it would be better for you... unfollow them!! Find those people who you feel your values align with - it’s one of the reasons we don’t do loads of “yoga teacher in fancy pose” imagery on here as we believe it doesn’t necessarily make people feel good about themselves - there’s a fine line between inspiration and comparisons - have a go and detox your feed then when you do go on you feel inspired and supported not less than
