Wembley Park Station

Good train station. Good location. Lots of shops /restaurants/takeaways nearby by and the Wembley stadium right opp (5min walk)..

The staff are clueless about the metropolitan line service! On many occasions when a train doesn’t arrive on the main platform (No 5) they just announce use the jubilee line which is fair enough but then a few seconds later a metropolitan line train shows up on platform 6 and stops there but then it’s too late as you’re already on the jubilee line. This has happened on so many occasions! Additionally, they say there is a signal failure on the met line but when you check tfl it says good service on all lines... in the meantime they announce use the jubilee line whilst a train then pulls up on the secondary met line platform (no 6) but then it’s too late because it pulls away on time..

PLEASE GET YOUR STAFF TO ANNOUCE IF THERE WILL BE A TRAIN ON THE OTHER PLATFORM SO PEOPLE CAN GET ON IT

To all passengers please be aware of the above mentioned situation and be aware that there may be a perfectly okay service on the met line

Excellent journey times and the buses were on time and was.deluvered to my destination with thirty minutes of the mosqur I needed to get to.
Will hopefully use the servuce inshallah if god is willing to help us with this journey to a healthy lifestyle. Attended Adele concert last night 29th. Traveled from Stanmore , can I say a massive Congratulations to the Staff controlling the crowd after the concert. It ran so smoothly. A big shout to the guys with the music for the sing along while we waitied. Rounded off a perfect evening. I am a lady of senior yrs. Not a regular concert goer but after this experience ! Thank you all again.

This station is Gritty!

Every morning, I take the tube towards London Bridge from Wembley Park Underground Station and I never waited more than 2 minutes for a train. The station is clean and well organized. During rush hours, it can get crowded. Luckily, the stuff is very professional and helps to sort things out very quickly.

The tube is always on time (both Jubilee and Metropolitan lines). The station is nice and clean, it must be quite hard to keep it that way since this places can get very busy. Very professional staff and service overall, if you have any questions or issues (e.g. with Oyster top-up), they're always here to help. Thumbs up!
