Recently had a problem with a DID chain that I bought last June, amazing response from Wemoto, sent out a replacement chain the same day free of charge!

Ordered oil filter, sump plug washer, oil, and filfter wrench yesterday afternoon, and it all arrived, along with a free key fob, this afternoon, less than 24 hours, very impressed, will def be using them again ��

Ordered a motobatt battery and 2 new indicators late Thursday afternoon and they was hear this morning before 9am now that's top service

Never used wemoto before! I will again. Simple ordering and someone who actually responds to questions. Used PayPal which makes life easy. New cbr400 swift chain delivered quickly.

Must have spent about £2,000 with Wemoto over the past few years. Never had an issue with customer service, nor the quality of the parts. Always signposting friends and fellow bikers to Wemoto.

Found these on Google, when looking for service gear for my Motorbike. They're cheaper than anyone else, including eBay. Plus the items are great quality, even treated myself to a brand new clear rear light cluster for £15!!!. Considering a second hand stock light costs £20 on ebay 👌👌. Only thing i could'nt find that i really need is a plastic rear light bracket.

I ordered a pair of fork stanchions in June, went to fit them this week and they're the wrong ones, through no fault of anyone's except for the haphazard way Cagiva was run while they were making their quirky yet fabulous machines in the last century.

Sending them back now for a refund.

Brilliant every time , delivery always sooner than expected for me which is a bonus :)

Bought numerous items for my CM125 from here, and always been impressed with the speed of delivery, and the quality of the parts. However, just bought some new indicators for my sons Rieju SMX125, and out of the four, three were cracked. He was desperate to be back on the road, so we fitted two, one was snapped in half, and the other one is still in the bag as bits - the lens / bulb etc.



Update:

Damaged parts were replaced with no fuss, updated rating to reflect excellent service.

A big thank you from me to the guys at wemoto...I have just finished a big overhaul on my XJ600 which I have ridden to and from work in all winds and weathers for the last 15 years or so...brakes, complete exhaust system, chain and sprockets, front and rear wheel bearings, and full service kit...all the parts arrived when they said they would, everything fitted like a dream, and when they couldn't help me with one part not included in the above list they gave me the name of another company that could...very impressed with their help, friendliness, and efficiency...Thanks again guys. �

Yet again got given the wrong parts

Bought a cbr250 ignition that was wrong so i had to go and swap it for the £200 one couple of days later i bought some brake pads for my k6 banditand guess what there wrong evan though the ones they have listed on there website are correct.... absoulty hate this place

Going to order my stuff from China in future rather wait a month and get the correct parts then keep going back and forth to crapmoto
