Wondra's Holistic Therapies ~ My aim is to help my clients towards improving their health and wellbeing. After an initial assessment, together we create 'wellbeing action plan', which may include a range of treatments and support services.

Food 4 Health - creator, cook, tutor, demonstrator and passionate about local and home food! I work alongside my clients ( incl. 'targeted groups of people, with local community organisations / health groups / charities), to develop bespoke, specialist cookery courses / demos and workshops, that address health, wellbeing and specific dietary needs and interests.
In June 2010, I organised the first NHS Northamptonshire Wellbeing month ~ Food4Health Festival in the county in partnership with local business, community and statutory agencies.

y aim is to share these passions and encourage everyone from age 3 - 100 years old, to enjoying cooking and eating well. With this in mind, my cookery demonstrations are inspirational, fun, often inter-active and most of all tasty.

I am a member of some local, interesting and creative food and business networks including: Made In Northamptonshire, Clandestine Cake Club, Braunston Business Club and Utility Warehouse (I have a p /t distributorship- saving people money on household expenditure).
