Wensleydale Omnibus

Thank you to all those who have taken the trouble to write a review or email us recently. It's good to know that we are so appreciated by our customers.

We are very pleased to announce that on 27th June at Gisborough Hall, Wensleydale Omnibus topped the vote for the means of transport making the best entrance. We received the following message: Thank you for the successful transportation to Gisborough Hall. You will be happy to know that the no 73 Vintage Bus won the vote amongst all at the prom for the best entrance.

Hambleton District Council used one of our buses as a base in Thirsk on the day the Tour de Yorkshire came through. You can get a very good view from the top deck.

We do not have a price range that we can publish, as our bookings are so varied. Prices are determined by the distance from our base and the time required. Please ask if you want an idea of how much we would quote for your special event.

Two separate wedding bookings in Middleton Tyas gave the opportunity for the two Routemaster buses to meet at the church and along the road

We are in the process of refurbishing one of our Routemaster buses - painting inside and renewing all the seats. Here you can see Jennie painting the bottom deck and the fantastic new seat covers.

This classic Rolls Royce car is now available for hire. These cars were often seen in London alongside the FX4 taxis and Routemaster buses.

Wynyard Hall is an incredible venue. The size of the portico is so huge it makes even a red London double-decker bus look small.
