Rubbish service received on my visit today, not greeted on arrival just a hand held out waiting for the keys!! Unfortunately the car failed its MOT for a split CV boot (which on later inspection is not even split) and head light aim.

When questioned on why the headlight aim had not been adjusted as most garages would just do this as a good will gesture, the MOT tester said he did not have the correct tool. Really a garage without access to a even basic Allen keys what a joke.

I would definitely not recommend this garage to anyone, the lack of enthusiasm and professionalism from their staff is unbelievable. The waiting area is dirty no refreshments are available and there is oil all over the carpet. Not ideal when you have small children! We Only MOT should be ashamed by the service I received and especially by their MOT tester S J Wilson for a complete lact of competence.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE, INSTEAD GO TO A PROPER GARAGE!!
