My journey was wonderful with driver sam booked a cB with them even timing was tight I still made it on time with help of A wonderful and helpful driver. I the people in the call center were very helpful

Since many companies closed down in our area. We are not left with many options. We have on couple of big companies operating in the area and some time it is a night mare to get a cab. But since I started using this company I am having some piece of mind and I know I can trust them. Even if they are busy and they always tell me exact time of my cab arrival. Worth using it

Booked a taxi with west Drayton minicabs on New Year's Eve I believe they are one of the best taxi provider in the area. Their service was quick and reliable the driver arrived on 10 minutes after booking with them. ,its of the cab service charge double the fare on New Year's Eve but west Drayton minivans charged me normal fare.

Their 8 passenger people carrier (Mercedes Vito) was really roomy. We had lots of baggage as well as hand luggages but this was all carried away carefully leaving us all with plenty of leg room in the car. Our journey to Gatwick was smooth and a relaxed and a good start to our holiday. Bottles of water were available in the car for all of us. All in all a great experience, though. I would say a very reliable taxi service. Lovely employees, and drivers. Would absolutely recommend to anyone Thanking you again
