Well connected tube and DLR. Tourists can easily get from London City Airport to the city centre by taking the DLR to West Ham (just four stops) and then switching to the tube.
On a side have good communication with C2C trains but on other side, very often lifts doesn't work and is so dirty station ,they don't clean more than 3 times on year is my quess.Sometimes in lifts smelling a urine witch is inadmissible !! And till you don't complain they care a damn ... including after complain they wait 2-3 days and after clean.... sorry not to good opinion

It just needs a ticket collection point to make it 5*+ - a very airy, seemless station.
The most amazing station / interchange on the underground / rail network. If you're visiting London it's a must see, a true hidden gem. Lovely ergonomic flow facilitates people to seamlessly move between trains. A modern marvel of civic engineering, if I could I would give it 6 stars.
Clean station, however, no toilets in the station or seats in the lower waiting area
No toilet but okay station to varied routes
Reliable clean station
Well Maintained stop
