Many of our customers are reporting that they have received letters and leaflets which look to be from the NHS requesting they sign up to an online pharmacy service and have their prescriptions delivered by the Royal Mail. Some elderly customers have found this confusing and think this is a request by their doctors. Here is our view...... The company is NOT the NHS nor does it have Pharmacy premises you can visit face to face to speak easily to your local pharmacist. It is ...also NOT a request of your doctor. Using Royal Mail to deliver crucial and sometimes life saving medication / prescriptions is not a good idea due to reliability and has left thousands of customers without medication in the past. A bit of googling will show a well covered story in the media where thousands of patients where left without medication over the Christmas period with many of them not realising what this company signed them up to. Which ever Pharmacy you choose to use, our advice is to keep it local.

Enquired yesterday morning regarding getting my repeat prescription sent to them not only did Nina deal with it for me she had my prescription with in hours and my medication delivery to me before 4:30 pm i did absolutely nothing!
