Gymnastics classes for all ages and abilities - 18 months to adults.
Preschool: walking / 18 months - 4 years
General Gymnastics: children 5 years upwards.
My Club for teenagers 12 years upwards
FreeG (parkour skills) 9 years upwards
Adults any age!

WHGC adult classes are for 18 years upwards.
In the gymnastics class we cover all the basic skills and support participants to learn the skills that they want to be able to do.
The Gymfit session is suitable for both those who feel a bit out of shape and want to tone up and those who are serious about sport and want to improve their performance.
It covers flexibility, stamina and strength.
