West London Family Court

Absolutely disgraceful, no one is answering the phone!! I am waiting 2 months for court to send me the copy of the order from the last hearing and another hearing is in a few days! without 1st order I can't do anything!

I have had no court judgment for 17 days. I have called the court for 3 hours a day for the last 3 days but nobody answers. Tis is in human how the West London Family Courts treat people. Now its 4:45PM and the phone is still ringing...i had to take 3 days of work but nobody answers the phone??? Its crazy an very very evil how people are treated by this court. I feel ashamed to be a british citizen when they treat fathers like this who are trying to seeing there innocent children. I have not seen my 4 year old daughter for 3 years now....Sick Establishment. Lots of men are now committing suicide and personally i feel at the end of my tether dealing with this court. So far i have spent £15,000 in family court fee's. I have my phone records as proof of me calling the family courts for 3 days with no answer if any official person wants to see it.

For the last few years they have backlog . they dont answer and reply to your letters and email . you are lucky if they pick up the phone. if by chance they pick up the phone they dont know what to do about the case. disgusting enough. nightmere

Incompetent when the mistake is made by the court they hide behind lengthy processes and procedures and just want money-they are playing with children's lives and their future. It's sad and frustrating there's nowhere and no one to turn to. Disgraceful.

this court was a shambles, there was no paperwork, no-one to help, was just told to sit down and wait.. cafcaas woman atrocious, new nothing as did the usher, who just basically stood there and said 'i don't know' to everything. the whole thing was a disgrace. unfortunately will have to go back there, oh judge was an idiot as well...

minus stars !!rude dont pick up the phone hang up on you, send correctly filled out forms back to you !! cant count beyond 3 unapologetic the worst office administration i have had to deal with in my life, and you would have thought dealing with such sensitive issues they would have well equipped staff with a semblance of care and intelligence. if you need to ring prepare to have your whole day listening to a ringing tone then when that is extinguished they will hang up !! a disgrace! I am ringing now !! it is 16:00 been trying constantly since 12:00

very busy family court.often very limited seating space prior to court hearings making it feel more cramped than other family court I work at in comparison.parking outside is a bonus though

For my point I just said the law it's same for everyone but ingland it's not like same thing because woes got more money can win evething ...

A truly Horrible experience, the 3 judges were not interested nor had listened or considered any of the evidence put before them. The service was shocking and I am no closer to seeing my daughter. I hate the service and the judges that work there.
