West Midlands Hospital

My mum has recently received excellent care, evident from her pre-op consultations through her after care for a knee replacement. Thanks to everyone involved!

In March, having been referred by the NHS, I had surgery on my shoulder for a rotator cuff problem and torn tendon. From start to finish, all the staff were fantastic; caring, professional, friendly and helpful. Mr Bansal and everyone who dealt with me, took time to explain everything clearly. My follow up physiotherapy with Manisha was excellent and six months on, my shoulder is in perfect working order. I cannot fault the care and service I experienced (right down to the coffee and cheese sandwich after the op) and would highly recommend West Midlands Hospital to anyone.

After 3 years of agony Mr.Ashraf and team fitted me a new knee,six weeks later I am walking without the aid of crutches and going upstairs almost as normal.
Many thanks go to the nursing staff and physiotherapy team for looking after me while I was in their care,

Had a Hernia repair on the 21st of April.Just wanted to say from the pre-op to the time I was permitted to go home the hospital staff were first class.Special mention goes to one of the theatre assistants (Tino) who put me at ease prior to going into theatre.If I ever have to have treatment in the future i would not hesitate in choosing this hospital.Again a big thank you to all the staff.
