Last night we shared a free food taster in groups .. we enjoyed chilli / cottage pie / quiche ( vegetable & salmon ) humous / dips / pakoras & bhajis to name a few !!! If you fancy joining us tomorrow it’s at west view community centre at 8/10/12 & 5/7 .. 5 sessions to choose from pop along and see what we are eating without hunger every day every week ! We had 4 members hit their stone awards in 4 weighs too ! How fab x
