I have been using western cars for a few months after roadrunners failed to turn most of the time!

It's very professional taxi company. Using service of it almost for a year we are very happy. What is good you can order a taxi by app or by calling operator. it's cheaper than uber. Also what is beneficial you can choose the class of the cars. Well done!

Fair price, excellent service. Rang them to say I was collecting my bags from the airport and he was waiting outside for us before we even got outside. Nice car.

We were overcharged and scammed by being told we needed a bigger taxi, yet they would not quote us on the price and charged us a rate 2 charge even though we did not have more than 5 people (we had 3).
Terrible scam, do not use this company if you value good service.

Absolute disgrace of a company, booked a taxi yesterday for a 12am pickup and then 5 hours before needing to be picked up I have an extremely rude colleague called jas or Jane idk but I have never spoke to someone so rude before. She called me saying she is cancelling my taxi because they don't travel to Crawley which is completely wrong because on their website it they say they do, then she decides to say she can't do anything about it and then hung up on me. I called back and again she was rude and hung up, never use this joke of a company as they're USELESS, will be calling the company again to speak to a manager

Booked a taxi for 7:45pm for a short journey into town. At 7:50pm a taxi arrived which was for someone else (that was 20 minutes late for the other passenger). Called Western Cars and was told the taxi would be with us in 5-10 minutes (so 10-15 minutes late). At 8pm we gave up waiting, I called Western and told them to cancel the taxi as we weren't waiting any longer and drove ourselves to town and I drove back. As we walked into the pub at 8:05pm we received a text message to say that the taxi had been despatched. So despatched 20 minutes after it should have arrived. Will definitely never be using Western again and would suggest that anyone who needs to get somewhere on time should most definitely use a different taxi company. Unfortunately there isn't a zero star rating.

I used this taxi company many times always Taxi pick me up on time always professional drivers clean good cars. Very good reliable company. Definitely I will recommend to my friends and family.....thank you Westren Cars
