This centre is acutely understaffed. I had a 40 minute wait in the shop to book in my iPhone for repair. It was there for a week. Communication was very poor. It's impossible to get anyone to pick up the phone and there's no option to leave a message. On 2 occasions, I called over 20 times and still was unable to speak to anyone. At the end of it all, I was told that it was a software problem and they'd reset my phone. However, the problem wasn't resolved. A call to Apple Support finally got a positive result. It seems that software problems can be reintroduced if you restore from a backup. Basic knowledge that Western Computers didn't have. My advice? If you have a software problem, go directly to Apple. If you have a hardware problem, be prepared to wait a long time and accept that communication will be non existent.
Terrible Service, if only i had looked at the reviews and agreed. No one to take calls, no one to advise. No number on the website. Never again. Dropped off month old Mac over a week ago and heard nothing!!
After sales service is poor. There seemed to be a problem with the Apple software on my new iPad. Nothing to do with them apparently. Had to spend a lot of time and money sorting it out myself. It was the software.
The front of house staff are very polite and helpful. However, their services and professionalism once you've paid money is below standard. Over priced and inaccurate.
