Lower roundaboutThe lower roundabout was used as a venue for the JapGirls, a club for female enthusiasts for Japanese cars on 25 February 2007. They staged a tunnel run around the lower roundabout. Tower Hamlets Council bears responsibility for the lighting in the lower roundabout, which is on all the time. This costs £34, 800 per annum.
