Soulless and airport-like but efficient and clean. Lots and lots of big chain names but few distinctive and individual shops. Copious restaurants but all the food tastes like TV dinners.Parking well designed and generous but subject to arbitrary closures of certain levels. Constantly subject to building works due to continuous expansion (2017) which makes car entrance and exit a bit complicated especially late at night. Smart parking system admirable though and I wish more malls/airports etc used it.

Large shopping mall...mostly high end to mid range shops. There's also a hands-free shopping which I think is ingenious! You register with the concierge for a VIP shopping experience and you don't need to haul around heavy shopping bags in the mall. After paying at any shop, you show them the card and voila your bags are kept on hold for concierge to pick up. At the end of your shopping, you go to customers service and pick all your shopping bags. It cost £15 And they will pick up to 10big bags for you!

Really good shopping centre. Ample parking, bit too pricey though. Food court is really good, lots to choose from and in terms of clothes, you've got the best of both worlds, your normal high street shops as well as your designer goods.

Long wait and queuing to get into car park. because of new developments. Poor customer service at their car park. This is a place to go if you love to shop !! A wide range of shops from designer to high street. Unlimited places to eat. Spacious, good vibe and decor, excellent facilities, clean. Overall excellent service. Would definately go again.

One of Europe's biggest shopping malls. Two floors of shops. Top notch and everyday brands. The 3rd floor hosts a cinema. Tasty pop up restaurant's located on the second floor offer a global selection of foods. Grab a coffee and hang out with friends while you shop. One could spend a whole day enjoying the shopping experience Westfields has to offer.

It's one of the best shopping centres we have in London and it's huge mall for all your needs. Great place to have fun eat drink and play.. enjoyed playing table tennis and always have breakfast at John Lewis

Great place to hang out and shop. More brands than on Oxford Street but much easier to navigate through. There is plenty of great restaurants, cafes and pubs. Clean, safe and relaxed environment. There is a massive and inexpensive underground parking.

Huge variety of shops, but super busy on the weekend! Best to go early on a weekday morning if you prefer it more quiet. The majority of staff I spoke with were excellent, particularly in the Nespresso store! Free samples to be found there and elsewhere if you keep an eye out..

I just love this shopping centre! It has so many shops including some of our favourite, more upper class brands. Not to mention, it's located in a great place with loads of wonderful restaurants too. You'll have more choice than you're used to!
