Westmorland Shopping Centre

Nice indoor shopping centre with a multi-storey car park. Also has the indoor market hall in it so you get a mixture of big name shops and market traders

The indoor market is very good but there are quite a few empty shops, particularly on the upper floor. Excellent access via the main street and adjoining car park with 2 lifts servicing all but the top floor.

Good range of shops and cafes. Nice to be under cover in the rain!! Good place for events being held by local groups .

All the main chain shops you'd need such as argos etc are there which is handy. Parking structure is awful if you have a big car. Small bays and tight corners. Reasonably priced parking for the lake district and good locality if you want to have a walk around town as your pretty much in the middle.

This micro-mall tries hard but there are empty shops/closing businesses inside. The market part is good but limited stock wise. Good to see independent shops in there. Holiday feel could be better.

a lot of empty shops, and 3 dvd/game shops next to each other. the market is good though never varies.

Small shopping center but good shops in. Cheap car park, excellent to visit Kendal because it is in the center of this beatiful town.

Busy but accessible...even with teams and pushchair...
Upper me was accessed by lift near car park exit...
Good quality shops but staff in SOME shops need a rocket pushing somewhere...
Best shops...Ninas Cafe...Poundland...Argos.
The indoor market...otherwise...the rest are what you see is what you get...

Kendal really needs some investment - especially here. Too many empty shops - such a shame. Have been visiting for 30+ years. Still love to visit even though there are less shops to browse in.
