We have been today...i was expecting it to be clean & freshly painted as it hasn't been re-opened all that long! But no looks run down, tiles broke on the steps to pools etc. Toilets were awful only 2 supposidly working but even those didn't flush properly. On one of the slides i went on with my son there was a few teenage lads messing about going up part of the slide towards me, this was where a lifeguard was visible, rather concerning that they didn't get stopped. My sons had a great time however i feel that i will be avoiding going back until its had a deep clean!!

It's been a while for me and this was the first time with my wife and 4 year old daughter. In a nutshell it was fun for the most part despite it being gratuitously overpriced. What's this £2 for a token and only get a £1 back business. The place is looking a little tired now could benefit from a refurb... As some reviews have already mentioned, certain areas weren't very clean and tidy, notably the toilets and the changing areas. However, my daughter loved it. I guess kids don't nit pick like us adults do. Would I go again? Maybe... 🙃

Kids enjoyed slides or so I'm told as I'm utterly disgusted at having to pay £8.00 for 2 of us to spectate. Could not see children having fun. I only seen my children if they came to see us at the table. Heat is unbearable and seats are very uncomfortable. Prices not very reasonable either. Last year I only paid half the price but now they have increased it to a standard £12 each which is more than an adult price last year. £50 for 4 kids. Could of took them to a theme park for a day.

Great place. Only 2 complaints we had. Toilets were disgusting and considering we were there at opening time they should have been spotless. They really weren't. Other complaint. We paid for fast track tickets but they were letting normal admissions in first so was no point in paying the extra. Very unorganised when first opened at 10 letting people in.

It was awesome! The food is lovely and it has great hygiene. It is never too crowded and the slides are great. I will definitely be going there again.

What a shower this place is. Queued from 10-10.50 to find out it wasn't open due to technical issues. Went off to get early lunch then rang up got it off and had to ring back and found out it was now open. Hooray, no. Queue not moving when we get back. No matter how good the slides turn out to be or not the treatment of customers by W 'n' W is atrocious. No communication with anyone who are patiently waiting, total lack of respect from everyone employed here (in person and on the phone) and a whole morning wasted. If I didn't have 2 kids desperate to go on the slides there is no way I'd be giving these selfish and greedy people any money today. ABSOLUTE SH1TE

I hadn't been here for years but my 9 year old daughter was dying to try it out. I must admit I was reluctant having read some of these reviews! I can't understand why people have slated it. We paid £25 for the two if us but we stayed for 5 hours! That's a pretty good deal in my opinion. We had a fantastic time. We never waited more than ten minutes for a ride and there are so many to choose from. As for it being cold? Really? It was like a sauna especially when it got busier in the afternoon. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is that the ladies loos were rather grotty by the late afternoon. On the whole I'd say this place is well worth a visit and we'll definitely be back!
