Nice pub good service .

Great good value for money bottle of wine with a friend. Service with a smile and very friendly. Toilets a mission but very clean. Would of been a 5 star but the floor where we were sitting at the front was very sticky and dirty.

Fast and friendly staff and food was great to will return

Not great food my food was cold but the spoons itself ok and staff ok

Just a generic Wetherspoons pub, has everything you would expect like good food, nice pint, good service etc but lacks any outstanding design features like some of their pubs. I was hoping that it would contain lots of TV memorabilia as it was named after John Logi Baird - sadly not :(

Food was nice but warm not hot! Maybe plates should be warmed first. Serve was good.

Food reasonable for the price, service quite quick

My wife ordered tuna melt & it came without the cheese.Took it back & asked for another. Took over about 20 minutes for the replacement to arrive which we then refused as by that time I had finished my meal. Asked for money back. Took about another 10 minutes for the manager to come to our table . Refunded EXACTLY the amount we had paid for the one meal. Nothing extra. Should have at least refunded both meals as the experience was poor, as I could not really enjoy mine whilst my wife had nothing.Manager gave a very brief apology mentioning how busy he had been etc. Couldn’t have been more insincere.Won’t go there again & maybe not to Weatherspoons generally again either. We had previously had good value meals over the years all over the country but I believe their standards have slipped badly.

Literally every toilet in the ladies toilet was disgusting. Doesn’t seemed to have been cleaned since last night. The only clean toilet had no door. Will be posting pictures on trip advisor. You at least expect a clean toilet when you are paying to go to a restaurant at 11am.

I have tried to contact head office 're this branch twice now and they have not contacted me . Such bad customer service. Hopefully social media may help as this is about hygiene standards
