Very disappointed a few of the animals were kept locked in there pens which we where not told about before we paid our entry fee.
We got overcharged for entry fee which I only realised when we got home.
There were hardly any keepers about or animals on show .
Some of the animals looked a bit worse for wear if am honest .
Popped in the shop to get a packet of sweets some the had a large sticker saying £1 on them but we got charged £3 , I understand places have to make a little money but that is daylight robbery.
Rang them up to speak to them about my experience the next day, promised a call back straight away , did not get one.
Sent an email to there email address does not deliver stating the email box is full of unread messages and cannot accept no more .
I won't be going back there until they improve which is a shame

Lovely not too big. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced.

Just a great place that you don't expect. Great for the kids.

Great Park and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the animals very good place to visit and reasonably priced

Been loads of times friendly staff and good access for the less able to get round
