Large camera shop on the outskirts of Norwich. Easy parking. Knowledgeable staff. Good prices.

Poor delivery service. Ordered on Thursday for next day delivery. Had to be home all Friday as delivery as been signed. Driver did not even try to knock on the door and sent the parcel straight back to depot. It is now Tuesday and the driver again did not deliver the parcel and sent it to depot again. I will take my business somewhere I can actually get my hands on the product.

Crispy clean layout, friendly staff and efficient customer service. I was also able to reserve a set of dji goggles without having to pay any deposit and collected them with no issues.

I've also bought telescope lenses from them in the past and they had exactly what I required. It's worth going in there for a visit just to browse and be in awe of the shop!

I have no reservations in recommending this excellent company. Recently within a few minutes they were able to put my mind at rest regarding a 'mix-up' with an insurance claim/miss-order. Also as a customer in my own right I always receive top class service. Their packaging is first class and goods arrive in perfect condition. FL.

The technical advice was good and helped to re-enforce that the investigation which I had previously completed was correct. Ordering the telescope was easy - but would be good if it gave better explanations to the benefit of additional pieces to the main item purchased.

The delivery was a nightmare. I ordered at the weekend and paid for the next business day delivery. There were three items being delivered. Parcel force tried to deliver the following day, but, I was out at the time. I went along to the local hub at 6pm to collect the telescope. They could only find two pieces and not the third item (the actual telescope). They promised that they would deliver the third item on Tuesday. I waited at home all day, by mid Tuesday afternoon I called Wex to find out where the telescope was. They let me know that Parcelforce had sent the telescope to a different hub and it would now be delivered on Wednesday. The man on the phone offered to refund my £4.99, but in all honesty he sounded a bit bored and not very interested. I turned this down as I was to cross to be placated by a small payment and stated that I would prefer for them to penalise Parcel force due to their poor delivery service. The telescope finally arrived today. Looking forward to actually using it whenever the clouds clear.

I bought my Nikon D3300 from WEX about a year ago, great camera and has served me well for the last year.
The store is very well presented with a lot of products on show so you can really get a good idea of what you want.
The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything and the prices were very competitive at the time.
4/5 for me.

I have to say, my visit today was due to a failed lens on my Canon and the help in choosing between a new or pre-loved one was spot on and the chap who helped me really did know his stuff. I am very pleased with Wex today.

I was long time customer with them over the web shop, and always happy with purchases, until I was interested in their part-exchange.
As I have 2 sub-cameras, both almost 10 years old, still in good working order for me, so I asked them a quote and send them (and accessories) out with plenty of bubble wrap for each item carefully.
Unfortunately they saw some unusual failures on both of them and I was told they don't meet resale standard. OK, fine, I accept that and asked them to send them back.
I decided to re-use one again and another is going to my beginner friend.
They despatched return strait away, that's good, but without proper wrapping for each items. Everything (chargers, batteries) stacked together with just 1-2 air cushions popped in.
As the result, one of cameras screen got a nasty crack damage!!
For them they might be just rubbish (and the deal them like that), but still in happily usable condition for us. I must say it's very poor service, I can't believe a professional company to do this behaver!! I'll never use them again. Send out part-exchange at your own risk...
