The wheels are removed from the vehicle. The tyre bead is broken from the face of the alloy in order to get behind the rim. It is then cleaned, sanded and any damage to the alloy is repaired, It is cleaned and before it is etch primed (this aids in preventing corrosion). The alloy is then primed and flatted. Then it is colour sprayed , the paint is cured under heat. The wheel is then lacquered for a hard wearing quality finish. We give a 12 month guarantee on our work subject to conditions
