Just bought a new fatbike today and the service was excellent. After a demo ride on Saturday, James and Johnstone give me good advice about which bike to buy. Can't wait till Wednesday when I pick it up, thanks guys

Feel like was taken for bit of a mug. Bought front basket for wife's bike at £49, seemed bit pricey but looked substantial. Got it home and noticed price tag was new, stuck over an older one. Great, I've got a bargain I thought, as I carefully removed it, expecting to see a higher price tag beneath. Imagine my consternation when the 'old' price tag showed £45!
Moral - they ain't a cheap shop and watch their price tags.

Great shop, loads of MTBs to look at and some friendly staff too. Good range of kids bikes and road bikes too.

Fantastic store. Having bought 2 new inner tubes, I suffered a blow out 10 mins into my ride because I failed to fit inner tube correctly. Not only did the store help me replace the tube (correctly!) But they gave me a free replacement tube. Really appreciated that touch. Many thanks
