This bike shop is a complete rip off - I took my son's bike in last week for a new brake and after the bike had been with them for 4 days was quoted £70 for the repair which is as much as the bike cost to buy new. I did not accept the quote but took it to Halfords for the same repair which was done while I waited for £24.....

My LBS, I needed a few odds and ends for a MTB service. Nice, friendly staff and had what I needed in stock. Fair prices, give them a try.

Friendly and experienced staff who fixed my mountain bike in a couple of days. Good range of bikes and gear, would recommend.

Really dislike this shop, not helpful, ill-informed, road bike snobs. My girlfriend wanted a saddle measurement and advice on what Brooks saddle to get (doing a world tour soon) and they said "your size will not fit any Brooks saddles"...thats like saying, sorry your feet don't fit shoes...i'm sure at the fact that they didn't stock Brooks had nothing to do with it... or they thought my girlfriend was a moron that knows nothing.

Also I took my bike in once to have the guy say it was a "hipster town bike"...(Mk 2 Thorn Sherpa 26" derailleur equipped bike designed to tour the world and back)... they were also rude to my father in-law once when we went in. poor excuses for a bike shop, shame cause we are in the process of spending thousands of pounds on bike gear to tour the world next June...I guess its my loss...

Helpful staff who are always ready to help fix my mountain bike at short notice!

Popped in looking for a new Garmin, sorted me a edge 520 plus sensors and even matched the online price. Good service and even understood my impatience as a cyclist not willing to wait (thanks for that) . Highly recommend!
