Happy customer, wanted to buy road bike, went to ridley in preston got dissapointed with staff and store, went to wheelspin same day and got bike and few more stuff. Knowledgeable staff, ready to answer all questions and to give an advice.

As they are local they did good work on my bikes a couple of times. Although the work was good, it was expensive and they never really seemed interested in offering advice or helping me out at all until I started looking at expensive bikes, then they had plenty of time.

Always brilliant service and advice - never been disappointed. A very happy (repeat) customer.

After reading other reviews about wheelspin cycles I really was in two minds whether to bring my bike for a full service here. However, I bit the bullet and don't regret it one bit. On first coming to the shop I was a bit surprised as it just looks like a warehouse-but when you enter it is an Aladdin's cave for cyclists. The bike mechanics were really helpful and knew exactly what they were on about. The quote they gave me was extremely accurate too when I collected my bike. Upon collection of my bike I was greeted by the owner as he was working that day and he is a really sound guy.He went through everything they had done to the bike and most importantly the bike looks amazing now; new bearings, bolts, even touch up paint job in areas. Can't recommend enough! Thank you for a great job on my bike Wheelspin cycles-I'll defiantly be using you again.

Great service, friendly knowledgable staff with great prices, booked my Giant Stance in to have a shimano zee group set fitted was given an excellent price and on delivery and collection the staff were very helpful. Become my go to bike specialist.

Greatly recommended as one of the best shops and bike services in West Yorkshire. Had both of my bikes- road an mountain bike, completely serviced always with good result. Andy and Gary are always helpful and fun to talk to.
