Whitby Holiday Cottages

Friendly helpful staff. Great choice of cottages and apartments in Whitby. I would strongly recommend.

Booked a week in "Griers cabin" which was unclean and dusty. After making a complaint I was told I should have contacted them during my stay and a cleaner would have been sent!!! Shouldn't a cleaner have been before I arrived? I was offended by the indifference shown when making the complaint and offered no compensation. Will not use again.

We booked harbour View for autumn goth weekend. Aparartment was fantastic if a bit out the way, staff are friendly. All in all a good holiday
