Completed Scheme: Semi-detached dwelling, ground floor internal redesign providing a large kitchen/ dining area, ground floor WC and the removal of a chimney within the living room - Eastleigh, Southampton.
Planning Approval: Planning approval gained for a single storey side and rear extension, ground and first floor internal redesign – Totton, Southampton.
Planning Housing Development: After two and a half years hard work from the client, planning consultants and ourselves the proposed site was put forward for development via a ‘Call For Site Applications’, to be assessed under the Strategic Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (SHELAA). The above site layout was finally agreed for inclusion within the Local Plan.
Completed Scheme: Detached 4 bedroom Agricultural worker’s family dwelling, including a master bedroom with an en-suite, a family bathroom, lounge and open plan kitchen. There was also the requirement for a connecting office, boot room & WC for the alpaca breeding and equine livery enterprise - West Wellow, Romsey, Hampshire.
Completed Scheme: Completion of a semi-detached dwelling within a conservation area, side extension including a master bedroom with walk-in wardrobes and an en-suite, a large family kitchen and a basement -Compton, Winchester.
Planning Approval: Planning approval obtained for a modern 3 bedroom, open planning living, single storey back garden development – West End, Southampton.

Site Progress: Detached dwelling front, side, rear ground floor extension and internal re-design, providing a large open plan kitchen/ dining area with garden aspects, family room with access onto external decking, snug/studio/gym, office, utility and introduction of a ground floor toilet – Southampton, Hampshire.
Completed Scheme: The OWL (Otterbourne Wildlife Lodge) was a collaboration between Otterbourne C of E Primary School (including the children), Bentley SIP Systems (http://bentley-sips.com/) and WGADD. The project took full advantage of the site’s natural assets being located on a Site of Importance for Natural Conservation. Providing a self-contained, sustainable, environmentally friendly base for both the school and community use. The ‘hobbit style’ design of the OWL was requested by the school/ children to be different to their normal school environment, to suit the natural surroundings and become an inspirational base for life learning within the natural environment.
