What an amazing place this pub is. The friendliest people but not only behind the bar. We truly enjoyed this extension to our livingroom. We miss you guys! Greets from Dubai

We happened upon this pub and decided to stop for lunch. They were very friendly and the food was fantastic. We were very glad that we made a wrong turn and ended up here.

We had only been once before but were remembered by customers as well as staff. We were very pleased! They even remembered our veggie diet. So friendly and hospitable. I can’t praise this proper pub enough.

Was so nice to see mr welford after all of 30 yrs

This is a great pub with an excelllent choice of beer and very good food. Log fires in the winter too!

There was 10 of us in our party , we all had the Sunday Roast with proper Yorkshire pudding, which was very tasty , plenty of vegetables, + desserts � The staff was great ! the beer was good ! Loved it !!! just wish we lived nearer �

My partner jo and I had the most perfect evening the food was perfect and john is a legend looking after us five stars from us

Lovely local pub , warm welcome and great coffee . Look forward to sampling the food .

Have been there a few times now for Sunday roast. Food is excellent. You get so much. They even ask you if you want more. Staff are so friendly. Lovely place. Would highly recommend.

Five star fillet steak this evening. .. amazing flavour and beautifully cooked. Followed by liquorice ice cream which was a first for me. Will be back soon...
