I regularly go to Colchester with this shop in mind, I always enjoy coming to White Shine Jewellery with a very warm welcome with outstanding service. Every present I've bought for my girlfriend, mum, sister and brother they have loved. I would highly recommend the service, the jewellery and the experience.

Fantastic service and extremely helpful staff, real gem in the heart of Colchester and well worth a visit if you're looking for gift ideas. I love my new Storm watch and my wife loves her new bracelet, we'll be sure to visit again next time we are back in Colchester.

I would not recommend. I bought a watch and brought it after one year, as it was broken, with its guarantee. It's been more than one month and I did not receive it back yet. Besides this, they do not keep me up to date and I have to call them to ask for information. Every single time they tell it will arrive soon. Very poor service and people who ignore their customer. I bought several times in the past but never again.

Friendly people, super service , lovely items. Just a shame it's a small display .
