Whittaker Design have done my plans for a new build in Norden, Rochdale, they have innovative ideas and go the extra mile for their customers.

Whittaker Design have covered all aspects of work for us including planning permission, mine shaft and land investigation reports. They have helped us in major challenges and I don't honestly believe that we would of got this service from any other architects.

Both Alan and Lee are very personable and make stressful situations into easier transitions.

Thanks so much for everything you have done for us so far and we look forward to seeing you at our house warming party when the house is built.

Both the wife and I really apprecaite the work from Alan and Lee over the last few months/weeks/days. You guys started off with us this year by house hunting with us, barn ideas, right through to plots searching for the right blend of inside and outside space. Today we have now just plotted our site which is a mixture of all three! Its just gone off to the legal teams to complete by early next year.

Its great to know we have you in our corner on what is sure to be a great adventure. Currently discussing all external appearance ideas and

scrap - booking away for the internals and most of all...getting excited.

Absolutely over the moon with the help advice and professional service provided by Lee / Whittaker Designs. Lee has taken our initial ideas to re-model and extend our home and turned them into an innovative contemporary design which heŌĆÖs managed to get passed by Planning on the first attempt. We are looking forward to working with Lee through the process to achieve our dream home.
