I teach Pilates Mat, Reformer & studio sessions in Sevenoaks. I am also a health coach and a naturopathic nutritional therapist.

I have been teaching pilates for seven years and currently teach ten classes a week. If you are recovery from an injury or if you want to take your pilates to the next level I teach 1-1 sessions at The Manor Clinic using pilates equipment like the reformer, cadillac and spine corrector.
