Shocking customer service, phoned constantly and no one seems to like answering the phone. Was supposed to have had a kitchen delivered, the first delivery date it didn't turn up, no phone call, nothing. Tried to contact the store on the next delivery date and have had no answer. I have cancelled the kitchen, totally disgusted.

Very unimpressed with Wickes' delivery service. I waited in all day to receive my order of caberflooring (window being 7am-6pm) only for it to arrive late, without receiving a courtesy call to let me know. I was then greeted by an effing and jeffing delivery man who refused to park around the back of my house because he said he couldn't fit (it's where all the builders' vans normally go). By this point it's raining, it's dark and he refused to give me any help whatsoever (I had arranged help, but they had to go at 6, after waiting in with me all day). I understand it's a kerbside drop-off, but the way he made this clear to me and was clearly eager to depart as quickly as possible was totally unprofessional and verging on insulting. When I refused to sign until I could account for all the caberflooring he started swearing again. I asked for his name so I could make a complaint but he just took a photo and repeated "I'll remember you" then left.

A very unsatisfactory end to proceedings, especially after I'd received such excellent service from the in-store staff when purchasing the items originally.

I can't complain about the store in general as it has most of the things you'll need however it's not the best if you want a wider choice of products.
